Carpenter Industries is a family owned and operated abrasive blasting and industrial coating business that has been located in Central New York for over 17 years. In June of 2016, Tenley Tibbits was named President. The business continues to evolve and grow with the assistance of talented staff and an expert team of blasters, painters and welders.
We also restore car parts, metal art, wrought iron, fencing, and gates. If it's metal and needs to be blasted, painted, coated or repaired, Carpenter Industries can do it for you.

Tenley Tibbits is President of Carpenter Industries Inc. and oversees the daily operations of the business. She is involved in every aspect of the business and knows the industry. William "Bill" Maucher
Bill Maucher is our General Manager. He works with all customers – large and small with a focus on quality and cost. Bill’s 30 plus years’ experience provides our customers with the peace of mind that they are receiving the best blasting and coating services possible for the money. Bill is an experienced estimator who can assist with planning your project from inception to completion. He has numerous SSPC/NACE Certifications and is an SSPC member. Josh Bradshaw is our Operations Manager. He has been with Carpenter Industries for almost 12 years. A valued member of the team, Josh oversees the blasters and coaters, assists customers with shipping and handling needs. You’re most likely to find him on the forklift moving all sorts of interesting jobs from the blast booth to the paint booth and out to the floor.
